VENDOR AGREEMENT
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a vendor on Savvy Supply Beauty Hub, you agree to the following responsibilities:
1. ACCURATE PRODUCT LISTINGS
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful product information including but not limited to: product name, description, images, pricing, inventory counts, category classification, and any certifications or warnings required.
2. PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS COMPLIANCE
You certify that all products comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring products are not restricted, prohibited, or misclassified. You understand that certain products require specific licensing or certifications.
3. MANUFACTURER AGREEMENTS
You represent and warrant that you have the authority to sell the products listed. You agree to comply with all manufacturer agreements, distribution agreements, and intellectual property rights.
4. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. This includes but is not limited to: tax obligations, licensing requirements, product safety standards, and consumer protection laws.
5. FULFILLMENT OBLIGATIONS
You agree to fulfill orders promptly and accurately. You are responsible for: accurately picking and packing orders, shipping within stated timeframes, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving disputes.
6. PRODUCT CLAIMS & LIABILITY
You are responsible for all claims related to your products. You indemnify and hold harmless Savvy Supply Beauty Hub from any liability arising from your products, including product liability claims, injury claims, or violation of consumer protection laws.
7. PAYOUT TERMS
Vendors receive 70% of sales revenue after platform fees (30%). Payouts are processed bi-weekly subject to no active disputes or chargebacks.
8. TERMINATION
Savvy Supply reserves the right to terminate vendor accounts that violate this agreement or our policies. Vendors may terminate their account with 14 days notice.
