CLASS & EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
INSTRUCTOR CANCELLATION
If an instructor needs to cancel a class, they must notify participants at least 48 hours in advance. Registered students will receive full refunds or the option to register for a rescheduled class.
CLASS MINIMUM ENROLLMENT
Classes with fewer than the minimum required participants may be cancelled. Instructors will notify participants at least 7 days in advance. Full refunds will be issued.
STUDENT CANCELLATION
Students may cancel their registration and receive a refund if requested at least 7 days before the class start date. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.
RESCHEDULING
If a class is rescheduled, registered students will be notified immediately. Students may reschedule to another date or receive a refund if the new date doesn't work for them.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Students who do not attend without notifying the instructor may forfeit their registration for future classes. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows unless prior arrangements are made.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
DOCUMENTED EMERGENCIES
Documented emergencies (medical, death in family, etc.) may waive cancellation fees. Contact support with documentation within 3 days of the class date.
